Account Information: Full name, email address, contact number, and profile preferences created during user registration.
Transaction & Billing Data: Transaction details are processed when you purchase a Puja Kit or make a donation. Note: We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
Delivery Information: Physical address, postal code, and delivery instructions for order fulfilment.
Device Data: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers utilized for push notifications and calendar synchronization.

External Astrological Calculations Notice: During the sign-up process, users may optionally provide their star or moon signs to personalize their Vedic calendar experience. If a user does not know their star or moon signs, the application provides an option to redirect them to a free external third-party utility (NextAstrology Sign Calculator) to determine these metrics. Please note that this external utility is operated independently, and any interactions with it are subject to that platform's respective privacy practices.

1.3 Third-Party Data Sharing & Cross-Border Data Transfers

We do not sell your personal information. To fulfil our service delivery obligations, we securely share specific data points with vetted third-party service providers, including our integrated payment gateways and designated logistics partners (such as The Courier Guy).

Cross-Border Data Transfer: Since Sathya Application operates globally, user information may be stored or processed in different countries through secure third-party services such as cloud hosting, payment gateways, and notification systems. Appropriate safeguards are maintained to protect user data and ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws.

1.4 Children and Minors Policy

The Sathya Application is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children or minors under the age of 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor without proper consent, we will delete that information from our servers as swiftly as possible.

1.5 Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users retain the right to delete their accounts at any time through the application settings.

How to delete your account:
- Open the Sathya App application.
- Navigate to Profile → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the reason and deletion request.
What gets deleted:
- Personal profile information (name, email, phone number).
- User-generated content (completed pujas, daily streaks, contributions, etc).
- Account preferences and settings.
- Any other personally identifiable information.
Post-Deletion: Upon initiating account deletion, your active user profile, login credentials, and personal information will be permanently deleted or anonymized from our live application systems.
Retained Data: Certain operational transaction details, financial records, and legal logs may be retained in our secure archives for a legally mandated period. This data is strictly kept for compliance, auditing, fraud prevention, taxation, and regulatory processes before permanent purging.

1.6 Privacy Policy Updates

Sathya Application reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Users will be notified of significant updates through the application interface or registered communication channels. Continuing to use the app after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.

1.7 Limitation of Liability and Joint Disclaimers

The Sathya Application is a collaborative platform housed under WolfPack Energies and built in conjunction with RedIn Consulting. Neither WolfPack Energies, RedIn Consulting, nor any associated entities, software developers, or platform contributors shall be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, shipping delays by third-party couriers, or unexpected interruptions in digital services.
